Worship

Hi! My name is Molly and I will be coordinating worship of the corporate, musical variety this year. I'm quite glad that the scriptures tell us to play and sing praises to God together, because it's one of my favorite things to do! Core offers corporate worship time at Nightlife (see the link above) and at other gatherings like prayer meetings and retreats. We also strongly encourage Core members to get connected to a local church for worship on Sundays (see the ministry partners link).

As for me, I am a senior here at SCU, though I don't feel that old. I am majoring in math and minoring in religious studies (a natural pair, I know). I grew up in Washington, but I spend almost all of my time here in the Bay Area. This school year, I will be living on campus in Graham, so feel free to come by and visit sometime. I am very grateful that I was introduced to the people at Core, most of which I never would have met any other way. They have truly become a home away from home as we walk through college and getting to know our great God together.

Psalm 33:1-5:

Rejoice in the LORD, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful. Praise the LORD with the harp; Make melody to Him with an instrument of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy. For the word of the LORD is right, And all His work is done in truth.
